At Neom Pro, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction through a clear and fair Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. After the 7-Day Period
Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect or technical fault covered by the warranty.
3. Warranty
All products sold by Neom Pro include a one-year warranty, starting from the product activation date or delivery date, depending on the product type.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and product-related technical faults. It does not cover:
- Misuse or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Damage caused by accidents or external factors.
4. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must:
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Contact customer support within the applicable period.
- Allow verification that the issue is not caused by misuse or external factors.
5. Digital Products
All warranty requests for software licenses and activation keys are subject to verification of the license status and the reported issue. Neom Pro reserves the right to investigate each claim before approving a replacement or providing an appropriate solution.
6. Right to Refuse
Neom Pro reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or warranty request that does not comply with this policy.
7. Unused Activation Keys
Customers must activate and test their product key within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the activation key is not activated or tested within this period, Neom Pro will not accept any return, exchange, or warranty claim after the 7-day period, even if the key is later found to be non-functional.
Due to the nature of digital products, Neom Pro cannot verify the condition, storage, or handling of an unused activation key after the inspection period has expired. Therefore, customers are strongly advised to activate and test their product keys immediately upon receipt.
