Digital Products & Activation Keys
Customers are responsible for activating, testing, and verifying all digital products and activation keys within 7 days of receiving the product.
After this period has expired, the customer assumes full responsibility for any activation key or digital product that has not been activated or tested. Neom Pro shall not be liable for any claims relating to an activation key or digital product that was not activated or tested within the initial seven-day inspection period, even if it is later found to be non-functional.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Verifying that the product is compatible with their device or operating system before purchase.
- Providing accurate order and contact information.
- Keeping activation keys secure and not sharing them with any third party.
- Using the product in accordance with the software publisher's or manufacturer's instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Neom Pro shall not be held responsible for:
- Misuse of any product.
- Loss, deletion, or disclosure of activation keys after delivery.
- Activation attempts on unsupported devices or accounts.
- Issues caused by modifications to the customer's hardware, operating system, or software.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
