Method 1: Activate Office Professional Plus (2021 / 2019 / 2016)

1. Download and install the correct Office version.
2. Open any Office application such as Word or Excel.
3. Click Activate or Sign in later if prompted.
4. Select I want to enter a Product Key instead (if available).
5. Enter your 25-character product key.
6. Complete the activation process while connected to the Internet.

Method 2: Redeem Microsoft 365

1. Visit:

https://setup.office.com

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Enter your 25-character product key.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Download and install Microsoft 365.
6. Sign in to Office using the same Microsoft account used during redemption.

Method 3: Activate Office Home & Business

1. Visit:

https://setup.office.com

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Enter your product key.
4. Redeem the license.
5. Download and install Office.
6. Sign in using the same Microsoft account to complete activation.

Verify Office Activation

1. Open Word, Excel, or any Office application.
2. Go to:

File → Account

3. Your activation status and license information will appear.

Check Your Installed Office Version

Open any Office application.

Go to:

File → Account

or

File → Office Account

You can verify:

• Office Professional Plus 2021
• Office Professional Plus 2019
• Microsoft 365
• Office Home & Business
• Installed version and activation status
